Liked: Everything was was very comfortable
Disliked: The tv was from the 2000s and you couldn’t sign in to streaming services. A new streaming tv would have made my stay a 10.

Liked: The pool area was really beautiful and very relaxing.
Disliked: They seem to be short of weight staff except for 1 waitress was exceptional, her name was Brenda.

Liked: I liked the breakfast option included with room and I really enjoyed the pool area
Disliked: No balcony, the pool bar wasn’t open until 4 pm and lunch was only served on weekends

Liked: The hotel was nice. It was clean and everyone was friendly. We only ate breakfast, but it was very good. The outdoor area was really inviting.
Disliked: There was some confusion with the booking. We reserved and paid for a king room, but got a different room. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but there was a pricing difference that was never addressed. The desk clerk just told me that when you book online the reservation doesn't come through the same way and that I should call the hotel to confirm my preference next time. I would have liked a refund for the difference in the price of the room we requested and the room we got.

Disliked: I didn’t like the $15 extra charge for property amenities
