Ice and snow entrance both days - not even an attempt to clean or salt entrance - very slippery!

It was nice.

Liked: The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: I would have preferred a regular shower instead of a handicap shower.

Very good

Liked: Staff were nice and helpful. We never were interrupted. The room was comfortable, and we could control the temperature easily.
Disliked: Weird shower hidden in the wall. The toilet was running all the time. The walls are a little thin.
