Great shuttle to and from Waterfront Concert. Excellent rooms!

Very nice clean hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Ate breakfast at the restaurant and prices were very good. Took the shuttle to the concert - again very friendly staff, met 3 drivers over the 2 days and all were friendly with prompt service! Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Liked: I have no complaints from the moment I checked in to the moment I left everything was awesome. The young lady who checked me in was extremely friendly competent and efficient. I also had a conversation with two laundry women whom work very hard to keep linens fresh clean and folded for all of the guests. They are also excellent employees. And they work in a very uncomfortable environment which I could observe, It is very hot in the laundry room where they work and they were doing it without a single complaint and smiles on their face they deserve raises
Disliked: No comments I think everything was excellent.

Bulk up the thin walls

Liked: Cleanliness and Staff members were great!
Disliked: Thin walls. Everyone and everything was heard coming down the Halls.

Needs improvements

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The lobby was nice. I liked how the elevators were right next to the entrance/exit doors. The food was good.
Disliked: Other reviews said they had an upgrade, but I didn't notice any upgrades in the rooms, especially the bathroom. Hair dryer is a must!A breakfast buffet would be a lot better, than sitting and waiting to be served. Took forever for the food to arrive. Very pricey, so I'm glad my room came with the free breakfast because, it was overpriced.Maintenance needs to do a better job with making sure the pool is upto par. I saw white flakes in the pool, so not sure what the heck that was. The pool was cloudy too.

This stay wasn’t great.

Liked: Check in woman was very nice, one who checked us out was very rude and snobby.
Disliked: Knob to shower was broke, light shade and bad water damage by ac unit. Beds were very stiff in that room and found game pieces on the floor from the last people. Pool was FREEZING
