Adequate, but not welcoming

Liked: Location, common area, fitness room, cozy pool area.
Disliked: The night auditor was great; welcoming, light-hearted, good. Rest of them, especially the ones that appeared to have seniority were off-putting; cold, seemingly inconvenienced by us, just cold. Made us feel guilty for staying with them. Also, b'fast was included but a sign was up saying to wait to be seated, but nobody attending to the waiting line.

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: It was over priced. It was supposed to be a 350 sq foot deluxe King suite with a balcony and a view of the river. The first room they put in was a room with two queen sized beds. I paid $294.32 for the room. I could have stayed at Best Western for a lot less and had a better room.

Liked: the breakfast was great and the Lady attendant was excellent, spot on in service. she needs a raise.
Disliked: bathroom tile needed a few spots regrouted and not caulked, it looked bad
