Liked: Amazing location is super nice area. Beautiful property. Everything was comfy and clean and staff was very friendly. Great price for location/property.
Disliked: An indoor pool would have been cool but otherwise it was great.

Liked: Great location in safe, affluent area with a big mall, art house movie theater, goirmet grocery store, etc. within walking distance.
Disliked: It could use a facelift and better toiletry srticles.

Liked: It was all about the location. It was where I needed to be. The hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful!
Disliked: I didn't know that the area of the hotel I stayed in didn't have an elevator. I have a bum leg and that was somewhat of a challenge though the staff was nice about carrying up my suitcase. I didn't like that there was no ice on the second floor where my room was (see no elevator). And why do hotels insist on having extra firm mattresses? Not to mention that they never turn their mattresses so there is always a dent next to the night table! Many of us prefer a squishy bed and would travel more if we were taken into consideration!

Liked: Felt like I was being pampered as soon as we walked in the door!Love the fragrance smell throughout. Not to heavy. Just right.
Disliked: Easy to get into but a little difficult to get out of. Not that bad though
