Room not clean including an...

Disliked: Not enough check in staff. 1.5 hours to get a room key. Other guests gave up waiting and left

Liked: The staff was very helpful, from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the bartenders.
Disliked: Water was leaking from showerhead. I believe I stayed in Room #67.

Liked: Right by the airport. Very large facility, clean rooms
Disliked: Staff was incredibly rude for what's supposed to be a High end establishment and lots of business personnel. Called to get hotel shuttle pickup and I literally dealt with attitude and "slang" to the point I said thanks, but I'll Uber.
