It's a lovely hotel with a great location. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the large bar and restaurant. The servers were superb. You get a good bang for your buck here. Their shuttle service is very handy as well.

Disliked: Our check-in was at 3 or 4, we arrived at 6, but our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 30 mins. Wasn’t bad, but would have been if we made it at check-in time.

Disliked: The bath tub was clogged and the vent does not work no microwave to warm up food, and I received old meet on my burger from the restaurant.

Our visit was okay, but...

Liked: I liked that it was close to the Strand and the room service food was good.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. The floors weren't vacuumed prior to our stay and there were wet brown stains all over the carpet. The room also smelled strongly of bleach when we arrived. We were also provided with just one towel for showering, when two people were staying here. There were stains and crumbs on all surfaces, and we had to sanitize the room ourselves before we felt comfortable using it.
