Good

Liked: Proximity to everything. Clean and spacious.
Disliked: By 830 am housekeeping was extremely loud right outside of our room. Not just cleaning but carrying on conversations. I realize it was a Monday a.m., but we were on vacation. Also, there is a $40 valet fee. Be aware that there isn't on-site parking available.

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the historic district. Walking distance to many historic sites.

Beautiful view & nice quite...

Liked: The view was perfect!
Disliked: The balcony needs some renovation in some rails were broken. Microwave would be a nice addition. There were some small ants finding their way onto coffee bar.

Calming

Liked: The staff was amazing. The location to down town historic St. Augustine could not have been better.
Disliked: Food was to expensive.

Great stay for family trip....

Liked: Wonderful property. Excellent staff, so helpful and personable.
Disliked: Just a note, gratuity is added to all checks…..we double tipped the first couple of times, which was no problem for us because service was excellent!
