Stayed here to go to a concert. Ended up doing other things in Philly due to help from the staff and the great location.

Liked: Location was excellent. Spruce Harbor was wonderful setting to kick back and relax. Great staff and great rooms. Room service was very good and quicker than expected.
Disliked: None.

Great historical location. You knew you were in Philadelphia. Directly on the pier. Close to venue.

Liked: Clean; comfortable; easy access; great service; location excellent for venue.
Disliked: Rooms not ready at check in; tempoarily misplaced luggage; bar service slow and ill prepared.
