Liked: The location was perfect and staff amazing!!!!!! Loved the balcony and space of the room! Nice kitchenette area. Room service was good although limited selection.
Disliked: Bedsheets had a lipstick stain. Pool was not heated as described.

Liked: Great location in nice neighborhood and walking distance to train, coffee shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Currently, strike with employees, which was told to us at check-in. Loud protest each morning, which woke us up.

Disliked: We didnt sleep like 3 nights every morning arround 7am they had some people make noise with drums and speakers it whas crazy our kids also whas waked up and we take hotel out of downtown because we wanna be in peace but it didnt happened when

Disliked: very loud room location - bc we booked through booking.com they placed us on 2nd floor where we could hear lobby noise all night. also parking was very expensive.
