Pros:
Very aesthetically pleasing and very helpful staff.
Cons:
I could not believe there was not a restroom on the lobby floor. Also, I understand that construction is a way of urban life, but the construction on the boat tours new building was so loud we did not eat at the hotel restaurants.

Cons:
parking situation, front desk wasn't fully aware of parking options, sent us to parking lot that was full had to come back to get parking pass
