I paid for a garden tub and didn't get it. I forgot my cigarettes in my car, which was valet parked. I sent the valet guy to get my cigarettes and he came with one pack. I had 3 in my car, so somebody stole 2 packs of cigarettes.

Fabulous Staff and a Great...

Liked: We loved the staff -- especially Sophia, who was so warm and fun. And the location was perfect as the event we were attending was a reunion at Northwestern. The restaurant that's connected to the hotel serves a next level burger, too.
Disliked: During showers the whole bathroom floor got very wet. We were given an ADA room and so there was no tub or perimeter between shower area and rest of the bathroom and while there were two drains and a bit of a slope to presumably keep water draining toward the shower, it just was surprising how ineffective the drains seemed to be. We used more towels than expected to try to keep the floor by the toilet and under the sink dry. I also worried a little about using a hairdryer in the bathroom, while standing on wet tile.

Liked: The set up was very nice and everyone was help full and nice.
Disliked: The room I had didnt have any fridge or microwave thats pretty inconvenient!
