Liked: They didn’t tell me the internet had been out for 36 hrs until after I checked in and went to my room. That was ridiculous that I paid $250 for that

Liked: The room was nice. Breakfast was confusing so we didn't do. Bed was fairly comfortable
Disliked: Lack of communication. We were told about restaurants - not about breakfast. There was nothing in the room except a scan to get information - not older person user friendly. There was no brief overview of our staff like usual. Just wasn't as nice as other Hilton's I've stayed as far as customer service.
