Hotel and room was very, very nice. Any future trips to Nashville, we plan to stay at this hotel.

Liked: Location Location Location! The event at the Bridgestone Arena right next door; everything we wanted to do downtown was in walking distance.
Disliked: The only thing was that the toliet was really loud when it was filling up. I accused my husband of leaving the water running in the sink.

Liked: Concert hall is so close.
Disliked: Construction noise from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Sunday construction at 9a.m. - really?

Disliked: Valet is very inconvenient and pricey. Room that accommodated 6 people for sleeping did not have enough bath towels for same amount of people. Asked for additional towels and it was over an hour before receipt.

Disliked: Not a very pleasant staff - not very friendly at all. I was really surprised that a facility this nice and this expensive did not cater more to their customers.

Liked: Most of the hotel staffs, including those in charge of valet parking, were pretty helpful for tourist like myself. One of the front staff went above his work to arrange a ticket to the Grand Ole Opry.
Disliked: I was disappointed of the food service. After two restaurants were closed or in the morning, there was only one place where you could order foods. Wish there was a cafe type where you could have light meals.
