The overall stay at the Mystic was quite impressive. The staff was friendly and professional at the front desk. We had a 3 day stay and on our first day we had a problem in our room late that night with the heating system. We reported to the front desk and they were on the problem right away. Then, unfortunately, they replaced the heating unit but the problem was a little more than they expected it, so we were accommodated to another room right next door to our room, which was wonderful - the service was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean; fresh linen was wonderful. The location of the hotel is great - it's right in the heart of everything you need. We would highly recommend this hotel and rate it excellent. Thanks once again for our great wonderful stay - would come again :o) Mr.& Mrs Sain

Disliked: The pool was closed which was very disappointing as it played a big role in why we chose this hotel.

Disliked: Sink in our bathroom backed up and smelled like sewage, no housekeeping our entire visit (3nights), pool was extremely cloudy (seemed like a filter issue) and cold (someone said the heater was broken).

Disliked: Food at restaurant was awful, got hurt getting in and out of jet tub, allergic reaction to pillowcases/sheets. Not what I expected from Hilton.
