When you go to this hotel, you're instantly greeted by friendly and reliable valets who can steer you in the direction you need to go. The customer service at the Hilton is unmatched, and you will feel like royalty during your stay. The hotel is gorgeous, and the ocean-front rooms give you a beautiful view of the ferry boats and cruise lines. You can also see the beautiful city of Miami light up at night, and it is an amazing sight. The food from the hotel's restaurant is good, but it is a bit pricey (averaging $20 per entree with nothing else added), and there are so many another food options to choose from in Miami that you're better off exploring those. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel, and if you get the chance to stay here, TAKE IT!

Disliked: Housekeeping bothered us 3 times on the morning of check out, starting at 8:30 a.m., and check out wasn't even until noon!

The arrival for self drivers is ludicrous. Either the architect or the client that briefed him had never taken the trouble to visualise how complicated it is to undertstand how the hotel is organised. The signage only adds to the confusion. I felt sorry for the reception desk staff who have to answer for this baffling arrangement every day. Significantly distracts from a good stay.

Liked: The property had friendly and welcoming staff, the rooms were nice and the beds really comfy. Location is decent depending on what you are planning to do in Miami. If youre looking to go to the beach most days then the location isnt ideal but also isnt bad as its only a 15-20 minute car journey. If youre looking at doing other things then downtown Miami is a great location
Disliked: One member of staff complained at us for sitting/lying on a sofa. We were out the way of anyone else who was in there minding our own business. Many members off staff had seen us didnt see a problem with anything. Except one person who decide to go out of his way just to tell us we cant sit like that. Unprovoked and unprofessional in my opinion.

Liked: Location was good to attend Ultra, staff was quite friendly and enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: The fact that I traveled all the way from California and was looking forward to pool time, just for the pool to be in maintenance throughout my entrie stay.
