I probably would not stay there again due to the fact that, even though management came and asked the rude guests to tone down, they never did.
Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: My son and I had to report guests in room 906 and 908 for fighting, loud music and loud talking. We did not get any much needed sleep all night. Our room numbers where we stayed were 907 and 909.

Great stay; staff was very helpful and smiling. Room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend to anyone. Location great to walk to the Tennessee Theater.
Disliked: Parking.

Overall, a huge disappointment. Will never stay here again; probably won't stay at a Hilton again. To me the name Hilton represents high end and classy, but now, I know better. Nothing good to say.
Liked: Starbucks in lobby - however, the line was so long, I couldn't get anything.
Disliked: Paid double the price to stay on the executive floor for a special night. There was no microwave or refrigerator as stated. The bathroom floor was dirty; there was hair in the tub. Went down to the 16th floor to get snacks in the vending area - there was plastic all over the floor and caution tape in the hall. The lights were off or dim, with no sign telling us what was going on, so I wonder if somebody got hurt or died there. The concierge lounge, which was only supposed to be for special guests with a key, was low or out of everything. The water was warm, not cold. The snacks consisted of jalapeno peppers and chips with salsa and cheese slices that had dried out and was hard around the edges. So disappointed. Worst hotel stay ever and I paid extra for the poor place. Wish I could give negative stars. Will never stay here again, and will not recommend it. Go to Motel 6 - it costs less and is probably nicer.

Disappointing
Liked: How close it was to show we were going to see.
Disliked: The room was outdated and not the cleanest we have stayed in before hand. They had two different kinds of granite where the TV and refrigerator area. The bathroom was so outdated and not so clean that we didn't take a shower. We all decided to wait until we went home to shower. We only spent one night. Plus they had shampoo and conditioner bottles that were on the wall and refilled. That is just nasty to me. The price was high for what you got. The pictures on the website were well done together to tell different store then when you got there.

Liked: Proximity to highway.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't clean, and still had wads of hair from the previous guests stuck to the shower wall. Also, unlike other Hiltons they offer no coffee, tea, or water. Breakfast is pay for only, which was a little misleading.

Liked: The hotel had multiple amenities and staff was all very nice!
Disliked: Price for parking was an extra fee added to the hotel stay. No complimentary breakfast-just a hotel restaurant that added more money to our bill

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic...
Liked: Property was very clean and staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities worked well and were clean.
Disliked: The cost per night is a bit expensive. The city has changed quite a bit since I last lived there so the amount per night was steep for how small Knoxville still is relative to bigger cities. I still love my scruffy city though and the staff did everything to make the price justified and provided a 5 star experience for me and my wife.
