Disliked: Three out of four elevators did not work, absolute chaos and nobody of the staff, really nobody, seemed to worry about it. Breakfast is not included and insanely expensive for what it is.

Disliked: Severely lacking in maintenance. upon arrival, none our hotel door locks worked to open doors because batteries were run down. So after a long day of travel had to wait half hour to get in room. No hot water in shower at night. Thin blankets.

Liked: The front desk, check in agent was absolutely a pleasure to work with. greeted with a smile went above and beyond I went out of her way to make sure all of my needs were met. The true definition of customer service. the rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: The water pressure was horrible. In fact, whenever the shower was running, it sounded like the pipes were going to burst. It was an intermittent rubbing sound. Not sure if it was mixing valve or what . but was super disruptive every time I showered .
