So-so.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: I was with a number of other people. The hotel (or booking.com) messed up EVERY SINGLE RESERVATION. It was unbelievable! Mine was the least of the snafus- I had paid extra for breakfast included, but was nevertheless charged for breakfast on my credit card. The room was comfortable and clean but the walls were paper thin and I could hear toilets flushing, and people talking in adjacent rooms. There was also a steady flow of sirens outside. I guess that’s not the hotel’s fault but I would have liked to been warned so I could have booked my room on the end of the hotel. I also couldn’t figure out how to get beyond the guide on the TV to actually watch it. Instructions would have been nice. Finally, my room phone was flashing as though I had a message, but I couldn’t figure out how to pick up the message or get the red flashing button to stop. That’s a lot of complaints for staying in a room one night!

Liked: The breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Where do I begin! I was over charged, even though I booked on booking.com. A lot of the staff were rude. Very slow service, when asking for something you have to request. Very poor service. Wouldn't recommend.

Good location for Teterboro, airport...

Liked: Fir me, the location, close to Teterboro airport was ideal. I have stayed here before. Some good views of the New York City skyline (ask for a skyline view room). Very comfortable. Good breakfast and dining available also.
Disliked: It is ‘pricey’ but, given its facilities and location that is probably to be expected.

Pleasant

Liked: Good facilities including workout area and outdoor seating
Disliked: Room shower was cold and took a long time to get warm. The thermostat didn’t work in the room. The ongoing traffic noise was loud and impacted my ability to sleep
