Liked: Everyone was so nice, helpful and welcoming. The hotel was very busy because of a wedding taking place and the desk took their time to answer our questions.
Disliked: Not one negative.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful; the breakfast was a good deal; if we come back to the Xfinity Theater we will book through ConcertHotels.com and return to the Hilton Hartford.

Went to the XL Center for a concert so it was close and very nice not to drive afterwards.

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking expensive.
