Overpriced stay that didn’t meet...

Liked: Close to convention center. Main lobby nice.
Disliked: Thin walls, overpriced, neighboring rooms too loud and could feel them kicking the wall and moving our headboard, shower was not draining properly.

Convenient, friendly staff, great amenities

Superb

Liked: Staff were super helpful.
Disliked: Only glitch is that we booked through booking.com and when we arrived, front desk could not find our reservation. Luckily there were rooms available and they accommodated us. BUT then I got a call on my cell at 1030 that night from the front desk wondering if I was coming. I informed them that I was already there! so weird. They were apologetic and canceled the duplicate reservation.
