The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. We were comfortable there despite Covid-19.

Disliked: Nothing was negative.

We had such an excellent stay and all of the staff was wonderful. Sam was fabulous taking us to the casino and returning for us. Both of the women at the desk were very knowledgable and aided us with places we wished to go. Myself, my husband and our friends who stayed with us were very pleased with all that was done for our stay. I can guarantee we will return there for a longer stay and attend more hockey games.

Liked: This is a sad hotel that desperately needs something. There was hardly any staff and would have almost seemed abandoned. The person on the reception didnt even think we were booked in. When we reached our room it seemed clean, even if it did have dents in one of the beds like someone had been laying on it. It was just sad. The price was good I believe there was an event in the town that evening as it wasnt easy to get a booking. Would I go there again most likely no.
