For this type of hotel...

Liked: We traveled to this hotel for the purpose of viewing the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. The hotel made the occasion extremely enjoyable for eclipse viewing guests. They provided T-shirts and special events for us. All of the personnel we came in contact with were wonderful people. The general manager especially was great and helped us out quite a bit. We loved that the hotel provided free bottles of water to us as needed.
Disliked: No safe in the hotel room.

For this type of hotel near an exit of an interstate, this hotel was the best by far!

The Shining in season!

Liked: I liked leaving!
Disliked: This hotel makes me think this is what The Shinings Stanely Hotel was like in season!! ... but cheaper!!!!Overpriced cheap hotel . The pool is the smaller than their jacuzzi , the spa bathtubs are deadly. Beds uncomfortable and the room itself also just not welcoming. The staff were robotic and friendly enough but seemed in fear ! I would not willingly stay again. I'd rather give my money to someone in need!

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff

Liked: The employees are sooooo friendly and accommodating, service in both hotel and restaurant was excellent
Disliked: Just one thing. Its located directly next to interstate 81, which is usually fine but our room was on the road side and the traffic noise was very loud. I will go to this hotel again, literally everything else was wonderful, but I will request a room on the other side of the building.
