Superb

Liked: pleasant stay, great location for me, quiet spacious room.

Liked: Location is right in the heart of NY
Disliked: The Bathroom Flush took 5 minutes to fill up. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked during our 4-day trip, Most of the time we had to take the stairs. The Check-in lady was not friendly.

Liked: Super convenient location, right across subway A train station. Easy walk also both up and downtown.

Most spacious pleasant rooms for...

Liked: Extremely friendly staff. Very large spacious room with the added touches of the fridge and coffee area being really nice. Loads of power points for charging devices. Reasonably nice area and so close to the subway.
Disliked: It is a little dated. Has no room service at all. The tv stations were hit and miss and don’t have most of the good major stations. It can be a little noisy with the busy intersection and rumbling of the subway at night. The air conditioning is loud also. Rooms are only cleaned every second day and even that happened after 3 days when I asked.
