Liked: The staff were really nice.
Disliked: I wasn’t crazy about the WiFi connectivity on my floor. At one point it didn’t recognize my name or room number to allow for connection. Consider not charging extra for faster (stronger) internet to allow guests to stream their own movies on their devices or to use their laptops. Though it was a leisure trip, I was working on my computer and the connectivity impacted my ability to work effectively.

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The rooms were is disrepair. The AC unit was falling apart in one room and rattled so loudly that it kept waking me up. I had to move rooms at 3:30am and the staff were rude and dismissive about it. In addition this hotel charged me for my service dogs, I informed them that they are service dogs twice, and they refused to honor the breakfast I paid for with booking.com saying it is not showing in their system. They also have a hidden 25 dollar deposit fee I was not informed of before arriving as well as a 7 dollar parking fee.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, safe
Disliked: The hotel and property was great. However when I booked thru booking, I am certain that I chose the Hilton property closer to the river/ walking distance. The location was not what I choose.
