I don’t plan on staying...

Liked: The grounds are well kept and the location was great.
Disliked: The hot tub jets didn’t work, no towels in the swimming pool area, the temperature in my room was too hot.We opened the window and adjusted the thermostat but it was almost unbearable. Then the price for any of the amenities was too high. With the priceOf the room this hotel should at least offer free bottles of water.

Liked: Given incorrect info by the front desk on arrival. Even after questioning her several times, she persisted that the breakfast on the side where we were was included. It was not!
Disliked: If a guest is persistent that we were just here 3 wks ago and had to pay for our breakfast did did something change. Go check it out if you don't know..

Liked: The personal texts Ashley sent me instead of calling, she asked me if I needed anything, if I am comfortable, if my room was okay. just going out of her way to ask was very helpful. Step by step instructions on how to get to the store. Thank you!!

Liked: Nice and clean hotel.
Disliked: Pool was not as clean as I would like it to be. Complementary breakfast may include omelet or sausages. Can't find anything else to complaint about.

Average to below average hotel...

Liked: Location. The rest was average or below.
Disliked: Load AC. Loud guests in the evening hours yelling in the halls. Vomit on elevator floor. Hallways smelled musty. Pool is small and had over 30 kids in it at one time without a lifeguard. We never went back to the pool after that experience.
