Handicapped Facility needs improvement

Liked: Bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Handicapped roll-in shower unsuitable. No stationary bench. Guest does not get washed in a metal wheelchair. Portable bench provided was too small and tipsie. Tile on bathroom floor was too large and slippery, thus unsuitable for a handicapped person.

our room was clean for...

Liked: lobby was pretty, day staff nice and polite.
Disliked: pool was extremely cold and hot tub was broken. My bathtub wouldn’t plug to take a bath. The night staff told me the wrong time for start of breakfast and gave me a mattress protector for an extra blanket. it would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby.
