Liked: Clean; modern; friendly service; just all round good experience!

I would recommend this hotel...

Liked: The hotel was close to the event we were attending and super close to Target and other stores.The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.
Disliked: There was not enough lighting in the junior suite, which made it difficult to read a book. Had I been there for work purposes, there wouldn’t have been enough lighting to work from my computer or take virtual meetings. Most of the light came from the natural lighting from having the curtains drawn but wasn’t enough lighting for the lounge area.

Exceptional

Liked: "Free" Breakfast was a very small selection. You could pay for the breakfast buffet if you wanted more than yogurt or bagels.
Disliked: The shower was very small. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Terrible management

Liked: Beautiful rooms and area was perfectly situated to downtown
Disliked: We called ahead to ensure our room would be ready and everything was in order. When we arrived we were told the property did t have hot water for three days. We were moved to an adjacent hotel and the staff tried everything possible to accommodate us but unfortunately the move cost us a days stay as the new hotel was booked and would only allow two days instead of the three we booked!!! It would have been nice to know when we called to verify so we could have made other arrangements
