I arrived a little earlier and I was welcomed to check in. The front desk staff was very hospitable. I drink hot tea with milk, and the woman, I believe was Rachael, got me a cup of milk to take to my room, which was very helpful to me. The housekeeper (Teresa) was a doll; she showed me how to use the Keurig machine in my room. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

Liked: The pool was relaxing, and the hot tub nice and warm!
Disliked: Limited dinner menu; the food was delicious both nights I ate there; just needs more variety. Waitstaff very efficient and nice.

Liked: I was there for one night and the nor eater came and my flights were canceled and had to stay an additional 2 nights. The staff was awesome even with having technical issues. Sandy, who worked the bar was a bonus with great entertainment!!

Convenient location but customer service...

Liked: Great and comfy pillows and bed. Great location near the airport. Nice lobby. The app for this review keeps telling me to add more but I don't have more to say.
Disliked: There were screw holes in the wall where the heating cooling monitor was. The room was really warm so I called the front desk to ask where the monitor was and there was no answer. I walked down to the lobby and the front desk staff told me it was by the TV on the console. He was unapologetic and not friendly. You would think the staff would tell you this information before you went to your room. Also, the rugs are worn and appear dingy. They told me breakfast was until 11am and because I didn't arrive until almost midnight I didn't go down until 1030. When I asked for pancakes they said no, not at this time. If breakfast was until 11 I think they should serve pancakes until 11. In addition, the waitress went on about how slow it was that morning so I don't think it would have been difficult to cook the pancakes. I am vegetarian so there wasn't much to offer on the buffet for me. The staff at this hotel has never been that friendly. I have stayed at many Hiltons and this location is one of the worst as far as customer service. The night staff has never been friendly.

Liked: All went well except the coffee maker.
Disliked: The coffee maker failed to work regardless of the sequence of buttons we pushed. Lights came on and we heard it hiss as though water were being heated, but no coffee ever appeared. Desk staff explained that we had to push the buttons in a particular order. That wasn't helpful and indicates it's a recurring problem with other guests. We were really expecting that coffee when we woke at 3:45am.
