Handy shuttle to airport, staff...

Liked: Lovely property, very clean and the staff were super helpful, professional and very polite. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed
Disliked: The king size bed felt like we were sleeping on a board! Bed was terribly uncomfortable

Great Place

Liked: Very close to the airport and had a knowledgeable shuttle driver who was able to avoid traffic and get us to our gate on time by dropping us off at an adjacent gate that avoided massive traffic and was only a short additional walk.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Disliked: Arrived very late and had to call for shuttle twice. Waited 45 minutes for shuttle and the exhaust fumes inside shuttle van were bad. Driver very rude.Arrived at hotel and clerk didnt even greet us.just asked for is and gave us key

I generally expect more from...

Liked: I always try to stay with Hilton, and the fact that they had a shuttle from the airport was very convenient. Also, decor and comfort was pleasant.
Disliked: I had checked in on the app, but when we arrived, I still had to check in at the desk…not a major problem, but quite redundant. The room smelled very musty until we ran the AC for a couple of hours (really smelled like we had checked in to a Motel 6). Food at the lobby restaurant (both dinner and breakfast) was way overpriced for the quality; I don’t mind paying premium prices for premium food, but we paid premium prices for worse than fast food.

Liked: The woman that checked me in was not very nice
