Liked: The hotel was great!
Disliked: Issac at front desk was rude in explaining why we got locked out of the room on second night at 10pm after running an event for the whole day being dead tired. I used their app to check in but was not asked for a security deposit.

Disliked: The room was nice and very clean! Cleaning staff is on point except for the dog smell. I’m totally in support of dog friendly facilities but would have appreciated being asked if I minded staying in a room that has hosted pets. We were in room 130 which was very clean but the smell of dog was terrible!!! I didn’t make a big deal because we literally only slept there for a few hours. Otherwise I would have asked to be moved. Pet friendly rooms should only be offered to those with pets or otherwise ask guests if they mind staying in a room that has hosted pets. If nothing else for the allergies

Liked: Location is very peaceful! Very green.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet can be more diverse.

Perfect stay for a few...

Liked: The hotel has a large lobby where the very friendly staff welcomes every guest. It also has a dining/breakfast area and an outside terrace as well as other amenities like a gym and pool. We loved the size of the room, the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was fine! It takes about an hour to get to downtown LA and other sightseeing attractions due to the location of the hotel.
