Liked: Location, cleanliness, customer sevice
Disliked: I requested the room to be cleaned twice. I was told it would be done and it wasn't. Second, the fire alarm went off around 12:30am. And there was no fire.

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Rooms are dated, need updating. Room was warm, couldnt lower thermostat below 68 degrees. Bed was ok, little hard for my comfort but Im sure others would appreciate the firmness.
