We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Liked: I loved our room with the king bed. All the decorations and layout of the room and hotel was great!

Hubby and I went to see Chris Young perform at Thompson-Boling Arena which was easy to get to from this location. You could walk there in better weather. Just outside the university and many fast food places were there and nicer dining, as well.

Liked: The valet service was great; the room was clean and comfortable; the breakfast was exceptional. The entire staff from front desk, valet and wait staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shower door only opened on one side - that didn't allow for me to test the water before getting in. Getting in and out of the hotel was tricky due to construction and the hotel front was in an alley.

Liked: Great service; clean rooms.
Disliked: Our room was right next to the elevator so we could hear it all day/night.

Comfy beds, friendly staff, and...

Liked: The location is in an excellent spot! Just love coffee is right in front of the hotel and a 24 McDonald’s is to the left of the hotel. There’s so many restaurants within walking distance and it’s not far from west town mall.
Disliked: The only thing that kinda sucked was trying to pull into the hotel. If you didn’t come right next to it by the red light, it was hard to know which way traffic flowed.

Disliked: They could have told us about the parking coupon. The front desk was not as clear as they could have been about the fact that public parking was readily available within a 5 minute walk.
