Hurt at Hotel

Disliked: I didn't like the tiny pool. I fell out of the tub in our room and injured myself bad. No call from hotel to help me.No call from manager that I requested. I need x-rays and I can't get anyone to tell me where to send my bills. Floors in bathroom need rubber mats. I had none. Another guest my age fell also. Not good customer service.

Liked: Close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: It seems booking though you alls site they give you the worst rooms in the building. This is the second time I have used Booking.com and both times the worst rooms in the buildings.

Was disappointed with the cost...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and a nice shower.
Disliked: Fold out bed had mouse feces in it and the mattress had holes and stains. The cabinet with fridge and microwave had mouse feces and obvious signs of a mouse nest and decay.

Liked: My room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was a joke coffee was awful only choice was packaged oatmeal and waffles not butter for waffles they blame delivery problems across the street is a bakery. So no excuses
