Rooms were very nice, staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall everything was very clean and well kept. Dinner was awesome. Shuttle was nice and clean. They had no problem taking us to Hal and Mal's and when we requested the time we wanted them to take us, they were prompt and not late. Downtown area around hotel was very nice and clean. Kudos! Keep up the good work - I will be back.

Pros: All hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We had dinner there and it was amazing. I would highly reccommend Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Jackson to any and everyone!

Shelby was our valet and he was great - delivered our bags to room and took us to and from concert at Thalia Mara Hall. Food in Grill was excellent. Room was very nice. Needed more guidance about breakfast - wasn't sure how to dine in or take to our room - we thought it was complimentary but hostess stopped us to give us a ticket. It was embarrassing because we didn't realize the procedure. All in all, great stay in your hotel. Hope to stay there again some day!

Pros: Shuttle service to and from concert.

Cons: Received 2 unrequested wake-up calls at 3:15 and 3:20AM.

Pros: Nice clean hotel

Cons: Location is not great and the roads around the hotel are really bad. Charges for parking.

Great location but parking is not convenient. However, the valet staff is very helpful and courteous.

Pros: The staff was great! Very nice and helpful.

Cons: The sheets on one of the beds were dirty, and I asked to have them replaced by calling to the front desk. No one was sent to do it, but the housekeeping staff was very helpful and immediately replaced all the sheets.

Cons: The safe was locked, the maid didn't clean our room, the hair dryer was missing. The room wasn't bad. Down town area isn't a place I would stay next time
