Overall, extremely satisfied with room,...

Liked: Room was clean & had microwave, refrigerator, & coffemaker. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Requests for extra towels to room or pickup at desk were conveinient. Wake-up call service had easy 24/7 setup, and on-time. Noon checkout worked very well for us. Vertical grip bar in shower very helpful for limited mobility & safety in general. Large bottles of very nice shampoo, conditioner, and lotions in bathroom. Beds comfortable - not "too" firm. Lot of counter space in room, and heat & a/c worked very well. There was also a late night Wendy's very closeby, with good food.
Disliked: As with most hotels, there could've been more hangars for clothes available (however, I never requested extra). Bathroom floor could get bit slippery when too wet, but easy to dry with bathmat supplied.

A good place to stay....

Liked: Convenient location to highway. Front desk staff addressed rowdy crowd in hallway immediately after they were called.
Disliked: Bathtub needs addressing. It looked dirty. I wouldn’t use it.I was charged $6.00 for 2 bottles of water that were in the room. We did not open or use them. I have been trying to get a refund, but have not received a credit for the $6.00 yet. Not happy.
