One of the staff charged...

Liked: The overall property was clean and in a good location close to food and stores.
Disliked: The staff were very inconsiderate. A lot of the obscene things that were happening they didn’t have answers for and they didn’t have digital or paper trails.

I’m not going to ever...

Liked: The scenery was nice.
Disliked: After I checked in and went inside my room which was 803. The bed had crumbs in it, the shower hot water was not working at all and the refrigerator was plugged up but not getting cold. I went downstairs and spoke with the front desk to see if I could be switched to another room. He told me he would send someone up and no one ever came nor did he switch my rooms. I am a Hilton honors member and the service I received was horrible.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Front desk was so mean to us we didn’t have a good sleep when we arrived.The front desk in the morning didn’t even check our card and just started acting weird towards us
