Disliked: Staff was rude. The place was disgusting. Im handicapped and had to go down to the lobby twice, once to get pillows and once to get blankets. They said only one person was working in the whole building and they couldnt bring anything to me.

Exceptional

Liked: The customer service was amazing, such helpful staff and great rooms.
Disliked: The only complaint I havr is that there was a strong odor of weed, getting on and off of the elevators.

Was okay.

Liked: The cleanliness of the facility. Very modern feel. Well kept.
Disliked: Did not receive what I asked for per booking. I had the option for an extra cot/bed via booking and (only reason I closed this facility-to have 3 beds) and once I was at the location I was told there was 3rd bed option anymore. Making it very uncomfortable to sleep 4 larger individuals in 2 queen beds. Breakfast was not included. No more towels were added to my room after asking for them and giving them our dirty towels.

Liked: I loved the location, price, and the staff were very nice.
Disliked: My bathroom was a bit dusty. The room didnt seem to have been thoroughly cleaned.
