Friendly staff; lovely room; close to venue. Highly recommended!

Disliked: The non-dairy creamer.

Liked: Very clean and up to date. The restaurant food was tasty and waitress/bartender was friendly and helpful with Xfinity Theater tips. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the front desk was totally unknowledgeable of the surrounding area - couldn't even recommend a restaurant in Hartford, 7 miles away. Night staff seemed to care less that their made fresh daily sandwiches were almost 2 days old. When questioned about it the response was, "yeah, well, that's still fresh". I will think twice about staying at a Hilton again after this stay.

Liked: Clean; quiet; nicely decorated; free coffee; tea at front desk.
Disliked: Beds were terrible - huge indents in them; made fresh daily sandwiches in food pantry were almost two days old and still $6 each; free hi-speed wireless was horrible.

Liked: Dinner was awful.Breakfast was minimal.Our room was not clean or tightly up after our first night. Only good thing was transport to the airport.
Disliked: Food, bathroom.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious and the service was delightful.
Disliked: I wish I could have gotten a later checkout since I am a Hilton Honors member, but since it was a holiday I understood demand likely was high.

We needed a comfortable place...

Liked: I was especially delighted to find hot coffee waiting for me when I checked in. It was such an unexpected pleasure after we travelled in the pouring rain all day from Pittsburgh! We didn’t have to run out again to search down a cup of coffee. Many thanks for that!
Disliked: Wish we could have enjoyed your property for longer!

Totally aggravating. Charged for breakfast...

Liked: Property was clean and room comfortable but sleep interrupted throughout the stay due to noise in hallways.
Disliked: Noise. Children running unsupervised through halls at all hours. Police were even called to the hotel.
