Disliked: The room is old, musty and dirty. Curtains have really visible stains. Pillows are old and limp. It’s the most uncomfortable stay. The front desk lady Shanite is unfriendly, unhelpful and unaccommodating. The front lady even lied to us when we complained and asked why aren’t our room cleaned. She told us that “we have to request for our room to be cleaned”. That’s how it is at Hilton Garden Inn. She treated us like we are ignorant about up hotels. And for a mid priced hotel. This hotel is super expensive.

Disliked: We were unable to get any rest due to a knocking sound the entire night. Every 20/30’seconds a series of 2-3 knocks would happen THE WHOLE NIGHT!When we woke up this morning we were greeted with some sort of toilet backup that had splattered all over the toilet seat and left a strange residue in the bowl as well as the floor and toilet seat.
