Free shuttle to State Theater but they didn't tell us service ended at 10 pm. Had to hike it back at 1 am.

Liked: Rooms clean; great mattress!
Disliked: Two months ago they offered free breakfast. That offer was gone and not nearly half the food on the buffet.

Liked: Convenient to all local restaurants. Staff was AMAZING
Disliked: Not the property’s fault but there was a high school trip and young kids running around trying to show off

Putting aside the problem with...

Liked: Cleanliness in the whole hotel - Good attention at the reception desk - A very confortable hotel.
Disliked: The system of heating was not working well at my unit. The hotel lacks a safe deposit box in each room, which is common in hotels with less category than the Hilton one. They should provide that to their guests.
