Overall, it’s a great hotel.

Liked: Overall, I liked everything about the hotel. It’s a clean hotel and great location. Also, the staff were very nice and provided excellent customer service.
Disliked: The fire alarm kept going off between 2:30-3:30am on 04/13/2024. It was a false alarm. But the staff did try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The hotel met our needs...

Liked: Hotel was clean and close to shopping and dining.
Disliked: The heater went out on the pool and Jacuzzi was not clean.

Pleasant stay. Bad food.

Liked: Very clean. Checking in person exceptionally helpful and kind.
Disliked: The food at the restaurant/bar deceiving. Ordered a pizza and were told it was made on the spot but was frozen “crap” microwaved. Come on guys you can do better.

Other than those two things,...

Liked: I reserved a room with a bigger bed & my room came with a queen size bed.
Disliked: The pillows were not very comfortable
