Liked: We got to the Hilton Garden only to see a note on the door that everyone has been moved next door to the Hampton Inn. No notification prior, during or after from Booking.com From what I was told, this happened a couple weeks prior. They're doing upgrades to the Hilton Garden. Which is a good thing I guess. The staff at the Hampton, did a wonderful job explaining and taking care of things. Perhaps the rating should be higher for them and a zero for corporate not getting that info out to the guests. Maybe I might have chosen a totally different location.
Disliked: The fact no one told me that the Hilton Garden would be closed and we were getting moved to a different location. VERY disappointed with corporate and way upper management. Definitely will have 2nd thoughts about booking a room, and maybe look at other resources in the future. Again, the staff at the Hampton were awesome!

Liked: Quiet, peaceful, much needed break away. Room didn't lack anything. Very comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. Will definitely be back.
