Liked: The whirlpool was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I found everything exactly as advertised. Only the refrigerator wasn't as cold as I would like.

Stay was ok but lots...

Liked: Breakfast was the highlight. Shaft was very nice and food was hot and ready. Chef actually took a request for the kids and they were very happy.
Disliked: Reservation and front desk. One person was totally overwhelmed. Had maintenance issue and a lot of people asking requests. Was way over charged after found out the reservation was canceled. Twice. Rebooked and was given an extremely over the top rate. Front desk was confused to say the least.

Liked: Quiet, even though I was near the elevator, ice maker, & highway. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was ideal next to highway and places to eat.
Disliked: Heating/AC unit was loud.
