Remarkable experience! Will be returning...

Liked: The staff, namely Chris on the front desk. He was super helpful, kind and super knowledgeable and friendly. He really made the trip complete for me.
Disliked: The pool was rather small so didn’t get to enjoy it sadly

Liked: I WAS TREATED BADLY IN THE RESTAURANT WITH AN UNPATIENT STAFF BECAUSE WE SPEAK LITTLE ENGLISH, I ASKED TO REFUND ME A VALUE OF TIPS FROM THE HOTEL'S RESTAURANT AND THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, THE EMPLOYEE WHO MADE ME OUT ASSUMED THAT I WAS GOING TO RETURN IT AND HE DIDN'T, AND THEY CHARGED ME 6 80 DOLLARS ON MY CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT AND I DIDN'T CONSUME ANYTHING AT THE HOTEL.

Great location and nice hotel

Liked: The hotel was in a great location, pretty much central to everything we wanted to see. Nice restaurants in close proximity. Ate in the hotel and the food was lovely.
