Living area room was very spacious especially for a concert hotel. We had several little girls with us and had room to set up air mattresses, which was a good thing since the pull out sofa was only for one person. Don't know why because there was plenty of room for a queen size sofa bed.

I have stayed at this property twice. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent downtown location. I will stay here again!

The room was very nice and the shuttle service was great! Hotel staff friendly; very convenient location. Nowhere to really lounge around. Cocktail bar and pool both looked pretty uninviting. Parking cost $10.

Staying here was one of the best experiences. I booked on the spur of the moment, walked and and was told I was upgraded to a suite; impeccable service and the room was fantastic! Had breakfast the next morning and it was reasonably priced and the quality was decent. The location was perfect and they had complimentary shuttle service. I did go to Amos' Southend and loved the Bearded Ladies fundraiser..This will be my go to hotel in Charlotte!
