The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Good stay for a short...

Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and had many amenities. The view was pretty good. The complementary breakfast was amazing, I recommend it.
Disliked: The room was a bit small but that was to be expected. The people at the front desk were a bit confused regarding our booking and almost double charged us.

If you want a hotel...

Liked: Very convenient location for spending my first holiday in NY. 10 minute walk from Central Park.
Disliked: It is a bit old, corners of furnitures were chipped off, carpet look old but overall it was okay. It’s not super stylish interior but worth for the location.

Incredible first stay in Midtown!

Liked: The location was incredible - so close to Times Square. Also, huge shout out to Alex Pena. I believe the manager who I spoke with, great customer service.
Disliked: The room could have been a little bit cleaner.
