All in All it was...

Liked: I really liked the breakfast hours and the potatoes were divine.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I was charged 40 dollars more than my full total. I have booked a few of these and never had an issue with the total price. It has always been what Booking.Com stated execpt this one in particular.

Liked: The employees were very pleasant and tried their best to be helpful. The bedroom was nice and clean and had everything we needed.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. My Belgium waffle had all the black burnt debris from the toaster on the bottom of it. My cup had lipstick on it. My husband's French toast was inedible as it was made with something spoiled. The entire experience made us feel that the kitchen needs an inspection by the Board of Health. Not a good experience for a Hilton facility. Our first assigned room had a toilet that was blocked and it took several phone calls and employee attempts to finally assign us to a new room.
