The rooms need soundproofing, but...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. The building and our room were updated and very clean. The hotel was easy to find in the city and was close to lots of restaurants and shops.
Disliked: The heater in our room was very loud when it turned on, and the rest of the hotel was extremely noisy…we could hear every person and sound inside our room which kept us awake at night.

Disliked: The staff processed the payment before they informed me that they were putting us on the 2nd floor, which was acceptable to us. The fact that the funds were taken out of my account made it impossible to seek accommodation elsewhere. The situation was unacceptable, like taking hostages. it ruined our stay in Bentonville, we had to leave to drive back home.

Liked: The location was great and the only reason I chose this property, although many others around the same place, I wanted to "treat" myself to a higher-end experience; I didn't feel like it was better than any other brands with slightly lower costs and FREE breakfast.The pool looked clean and inviting, although I didn't bring my suit.
Disliked: I was charged for the buffet breakfast and wasn't told that it would be an extra charge, until I was brought the bill. Since breakfast and coffee are normally included everywhere else, this was a surprise and a disappointment.The facet in bathroom was coming out of the counter, only 1 mirror (in the bathroom with little counter space for make-up and hair stuff needed to get ready). The wall/towel holders and hand lotion "holders" looked like they we're about to fall off the wall.The bed was "mushy"/extremely soft (which I prefer firmer, due to back problems), and the fitted linen sheets where not put on properly and not pulled onto the mattress (shotty job).The side-entry door was noted as not usable, so I was closer to my car on the end of the building and I could go OUT that way to load/unload my belongings, but had to walk all the way around to re-enter. Most nicer places allow the customer to "swipe" back in through those doors for convenience and less walking with heavy bags.
