Liked: The fact that the hotel was in the heart of downtown was very convenient. I very much enjoyed my stay and seeing the sites. This was my very first time staying in Baltimore. It was a birthday trip. I would definitely come back.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: It was okay. Convenient location.
Disliked: Parking should be easier like with a vale service.Room didn't have a hand soap. I asked 3 times and still not provided.Expensive for this type of bad service.

Nice location with great on-site...

Liked: The location and room were great. The on-site restaurant was the best part of the stay. They had a great menu which included great happy hour specials on drinks and food.
Disliked: Was overcharged for the room. The rate was already supposed to include taxes and fees but those charges were added again. Also, my booking included a 25USD property credit but most of the staff at the counter did not know about this. Luckily, a great manager came to the rescue and helped me get that credit applied to my restaurant tab.

Staff was very warm but...

Liked: The location was perfect for the stay we planned super convenient.
Disliked: The rooms from 2021 till now are subpar. There was mold in the bathrooms and not very clean at best this room was ok for one night. We didn’t feel like the frustration of reporting everything and we had reservations at 7.
